A soil survey is proposed for specific construction conditions.
The materials selected for the structural work are labelled NF, indicating compliance with French standards.
Steel: a reinforced concrete survey is conducted for each project.
The concrete used in the foundations is standardized and inspected by the office of research and technical inspection.
The minimum crawl space height of 0.60m under slab allows for adaptation to the vast majority of situations.
The walls are built in red brick
« Villa Speos ».
The frames are made of treated wood and undergo a special systematic survey.
The weathered clay tile roofing, with eave tiles and génoises, completes the structural work and emphasizes the Provençal style of architecture.
Villa Speos developments comply with the future LEB standards regardless of the climate zone (Gard, Bouches-du-Rhône = H3 / Vaucluse, Drôme, Ardèche, Alpes de Haute-Provence = H2).
Qualifying as a LEB depends on the climate zone where the house is located, the direction it faces, the positioning and type of windows and doors and the heating and hot water production systems. A mandatory thermal study precedes such qualification. The house is put to an air seal test by an independent, authorized design office.
