Villa Speos has applied human experience to the inherent advantages of brick.

Its research starts with the properties of this material to create a new type of brick combining both its traditional qualities with several exclusive technical innovations.

• The load-bearing faces and cavities of air introduced into the heart of the "block" offer better solidity, greater resistance and reinforced acoustic insulation;
• the special shape allows for easier fitting. The adapted grooved surface helps to ensure safer assembly.

To the nobleness of traditional building methods Villa Speos has added the reliability of modern construction techniques. The foundations and horizontal and vertical quoins in reinforced concrete help strengthen the building. The wood frame and quality exterior joinery blend beautifully with the patinated roman roof tiles. The interior fittings (stylish doors and floor tiles) as well as those on the exterior (double glazed, low emissivity windows) guarantee your comfort throughout. True to the local architectural heritage, the exterior renderings include all the nuances of ochre found in the region.
