Most of the exterior joinery work is treated in PVC, although wood does remain an option; the picture windows are provided in lacquered aluminium for longer-lasting performance. Low-emissivity glazing helps regulate the comfort of the home.
The renderings for the facade come in typical Provençal colours and are applied in accordance with local requirements. An extra thickness of paint enhances the frames of certain windows and doors.
The interior has post-formed pre-painted doors. Partitions and linings are installed on a galvanized steel frame in full compliance with the standards for earthquake-resistant construction.
The insulation of the linings with 100 mm of mineral wool (classified GR100 for thermal resistance), combined with Speos brick, gives the walls the remarkable thermal coefficient of R=4.21.
The 72-mm thick partitions are soundproofed with PAR45, a specific noise treatment product.
The attics are insulated with a 270-mm layer of blown-in rock wool.
Our houses have tile flooring with matching skirting boards. Choose from a vast selection in classes 4 and 5 (heavy-duty quality).
The bathrooms come tiled with glazed earthenware, equipped with sink vanities and mirrors or Provençal tiled counter tops and fitted with mixer taps (towel radiator included).
