Eager to assure clients of building within a recognized legal framework, Villa Speos naturally fully complies with the Law of 19 December 1990 on construction contracts and furnishes all projects with the required guarantees:
- guaranteed refund of down payment (made upon signature of contract)
- guaranteed completion date and price (set at start of work)
- garantie de parfait achèvement, a one-year completion guarantee (from handover of keys)
- garantie biennale, a two-year guarantee covering certain equipment and works
- garantie décennale, a ten-year guarantee
- assurance dommages-ouvrage, owner's works insurance
As a member of the Union des Maisons Françaises (UMF), Villa Speos's commitment is made clear under the construction contract. Villa Speos has selected CEGI to implement the aforementioned guarantees.
Each project is subject to thermal and seismic surveys carried out by independent experts.
In addition, the Villa Speos after-sales service offers answers to any questions that may arise after acceptance.
